At Sonoma Supps, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and in original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
We do not accept returns on opened supplements for health and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for the same product in a different flavor or size, subject to availability. Contact us to initiate an exchange.
