Eligibility We accept returns on items that are:

  • Unopened, sealed, and unused in their original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Opened supplements, proteins, pre-workouts, or any consumable product
  • Opened drinks, snacks, or food items
  • Clearance or sale items (marked as final sale at time of purchase)
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

How to Initiate a Return Customers must contact us before sending any return.Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded. To start a return, please reach out to us with your order number and reason for return:

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
