At Sonoma Supps, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) — Rates calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) — Available at checkout for an additional fee
- Free Shipping — Available on qualifying orders. Check our current promotions for details
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
